+# MindMachine Timeline Editor - Quick Reference Guide
+
+## Getting Started
+
+1. **Enter Timeline Editor** from the main MindMachine screen
+2. **Select Curves** by tapping left (brightness/blink) or right (carrier/binaural) sides
+3. **Create Points** by tapping anywhere on the graph
+4. **Edit Points** by dragging them to new positions
+5. **Zoom/Pan** using pinch gestures and drag

+
+### Point Management
+- **Create**: Tap empty area
+- **Move**: Drag existing point
+- **Delete**: Long-press point (haptic feedback)
+- **Smooth**: Double-tap between points
+
+### Navigation
+- **Zoom In**: Pinch together
+- **Zoom Out**: Pinch apart
+- **Pan**: Drag graph horizontally
+- **Selection**: Use left/right handles to set duration
+
+## Curve Selection
+
+- **Visual Curve**: Brightness (left) / Blink Rate (right)
